WHOOP will not talk to a page directly. The token exchange needs your client secret, which cannot live in a file served to a browser, and the API sends no CORS headers. So the app talks to a tiny worker that holds the secret and forwards the calls. whoop-proxy.js and the setup steps are in the README. Until you deploy it this section stays inert and you keep typing the numbers in by hand.

Sync never overwrites a number you typed yourself. Clear a field first if you want WHOOP to fill it.

Uses the same worker and shared secret as WHOOP above. Your log is kept in your own Cloudflare database so this phone and your laptop always agree. Your API key, WHOOP tokens and the secret itself never leave the device. Everything still works with no signal; it catches up when you are back.

Protein and fat follow your weight, so they come down as you do. Calories are your WHOOP burn minus the deficit. Carbs are whatever is left.

Your own housekeeping reminder for how long a mixed vial has been in the fridge, not a stability figure from anywhere. Set it to whatever you and your clinician work to.

These are off your Stack page. Every dose you logged before removing one is untouched, so putting it back picks up where it left off.

1. On the new phone, open this app's web address in Safari, then Share → Add to Home Screen.
2. Open it, come to Settings, and paste the sync password below. Your whole log pulls down on its own.
3. Paste the API key below so typing what you ate still works.
4. Tap Connect WHOOP. You have to do this on the new phone even though the old one is connected: WHOOP's token can only live in one place, and sharing it would knock both phones offline.
5. On the old phone, come back here and tap Forget the secrets on this phone once the new one is working.

Copy these into your password manager on the day you switch. They are deliberately not in your export file, so a backup is safe to keep anywhere.
